I have had the pleasure of dealing with Susan Huntley two times in the past 5 years. The first dealing, she came to my rescue ASAP and found me the home that I needed in Orangeville very quickly. The price, size, and area etc. were exactly what I was looking for. The deal went through seamlessly. 
When I was ready to sell the only person I would consider dealing with was Susan Huntley . She went through the house with me, hired a stager and we all worked together to get the house market ready. I had people in the very first market day. The result was 100% of my asking price!!! 
Susan was terrific in helping me with all kinds of questions throughout the process of both buying and selling.  She goes above and beyond the scope of a realtor. An example of that is she is presently ( 7 weeks after I closed in a different city) helping me with an issue. She certainly doesn’t have to help me but Susan jumps right in until all is right!
